Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of ReplyGrid (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to them. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by legal counsel before you rely on it.
The Service
ReplyGrid triages your support email and drafts replies using AI. It is an assistant: a human on your team reviews and approves replies before they are sent (except for request types you explicitly place on autopilot).
Your account
- You are responsible for your account, your team’s use, and keeping credentials secure.
- You must have the right to connect the mailboxes and data you bring to the Service.
AI-generated content
Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent, and for any messages sent from your connected accounts — including those sent automatically by features you enable (such as autopilot). Use the review tools and safeguards (kill-switch, per-type autopilot) to manage this.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service to send spam or unlawful, deceptive, or harmful messages, or to violate others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis until canceled.
- You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page; changes are prorated where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination & changes
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
